The purpose of these peace
ribbons is twofold.
One: To support U.S. Troops by
donating a percentage of the
proceeds from ribbon sales to
organizations
(Disabled American
Veterans, DAV; Veterans of Foreign
Wars, VFW, Health Issues Division)
that assist all American Veterans
and their families with the myriad
of health issues they face
Two: To demonstrate that we
support our family's, friends' and
neighbors' sacrifice and service
whether we agree, or not, with the
policy that deployed them;
In the same way that we honor
each others' right to vote (whether
we agree with each others choices
or not.) we can be unanimous in
our Support of Our Troops
We are all in this together.
We all want peace.
